Who we are
HumanBuilt AI operates Growth Analyst. For privacy questions or requests, contact info@growthanalyst.io. This notice covers our website and the Growth Analyst service.
Information you provide
When you join our waitlist, we collect the email you submit. When you use the application, information may include account details, workspace membership, website details, chat messages, saved knowledge, reports, recommendations, feedback, and settings.
Sources you connect
If you authorize Google, Growth Analyst can read the Search Console and Analytics properties you select using the permissions you grant. Connecting Slack allows the service to handle supported messages and interactions and send replies to configured destinations. Connection details and authorization credentials are stored to operate those integrations.
How the service processes data
We use information to provide the features you request: importing metrics, calculating comparisons, generating reports and recommendations, handling jobs, and responding to support requests. Relevant prompts, page content, and analytical evidence may be processed by AI and crawling services configured for Growth Analyst. Avoid placing sensitive personal information in prompts or uploaded material.
Service providers and workspace access
Growth Analyst uses hosting, database, authentication, background processing, AI, crawling, email, and payment services as configured. Workspace members can access the websites in their workspace; guests receive access to assigned sites. Other people with access to your Slack destination may see messages sent there. The final provider inventory and processing terms are being reviewed.
Website analytics and cookies
The marketing website includes Google Tag Manager. Which cookies and measurements are used depends on the tags configured in that container. Authentication in the application also relies on session storage or cookies. The final tag inventory and any required consent controls must be confirmed before this notice is finalized.
Retention and your choices
You can revoke Google authorization through your Google account and manage provider permissions through the connected provider. Revocation stops future access under that authorization; it does not itself delete saved reports or imported history. For access, correction, deletion, or waitlist removal, email info@growthanalyst.io. Retention periods, backup handling, and deletion procedures are being finalized for this draft.
Protecting information
The application uses access controls and encrypted connection credentials. No system can guarantee complete security. Protect your account, review workspace membership, and avoid sending credentials through support email. Any region-specific rights and international processing disclosures will be included in the final notice as applicable.
